Helping Hands E-mail Lists
While traditional e-mail is ideal for one-on-one interaction, E-mail Lists advance the concept a step further by disseminating a single message simultaneously to a group of people. All of these lists are designed for Helping Hands members.

| Members List |
This list is a one-way "Announcement" list that will be used soley for the distribution of information and announcements about upcoming events. You will typically receive only 1 - 2 messages per month from this list.

| Discussion List |
The list offers members and their families an opportunity to ask questions, offer guidance, provide support, and overall communicate with other helping hands members via E-mail. The message volume from this list can vary depending on the number of subscribers, and the number of topics being discussed.

| Newsletter List |
This list is a one-way "Announcement" list that will be used soley for the distribution of the HHF Newsletters. HHF Newsletters are sent out in the Spring and Fall.

| How to Join? |
New Members
Are you interested in joining one or more of our E-Mail List? If you are not currently a member of Helping Hands, please complete our contact form, where the option to join out list(s) is located.
Current HHF Members
If you are already a Helping Hands Member, you can complete the Email List Update Form. Your name and address will be verified with the Member Directory, and you will be added to the requested E-Mail lists.
Once you are added, you should receive an E-Mail from the E-Mail List Server, asking you to confirm your list subscription(s). Please follow the directions on the Email to activate your subscription.
